Still Praying for Snow!
I was going to head down to Red Lodge over the weekend and get some snowboarding in, but they just aren’t getting any snow. It does, however, look like Big Sky is getting some and they have now opened up about 20% of the mountain. BTW – Big Sky really is BIG, so 20% is not bad.
I’m keeping my eye on the weather, but if you feel like it please pray to the snow gods for me!!

Well, good news for you. I checked the weather up there, and you're due for at least a foot of snow, minimum. So I'm thinking where you are, you'll probably get 3 feet. Have fun.
Do REALLY want to come back to Texas?
I don't know where you are getting your data from because the local predictions are not calling for anywhere near that much. We've had snow in the forecast for a couple of days and we got about 2 inches.
And yes, I really do want to come back to Texas. I just hate wasting my vacation up here when I can't board.
