Thanks to my friend Bling! for forwarding this link. It is a brief article that clearly implies there is coercion from the Bush administration in an effort to manipulate policy and politics.
I’ve long thought that to some degree our existing system is always going to encourage this type of behavior. I’m certainly not saying that I excuse it, though. Ultimately, Bush is responsible for the member of his administration and this type of manipulation is very disappointing.
