Worst Beauty Pageant Response Ever?
This is truly pathetic. I'm not sure she even makes one complete or coherent sentence.

I later heard that she was given the questions up front, but was asked the question out of order.
Really? That's your excuse for being completely unintelligible?
I guess the people that watch this kind of thing probably find that to be an acceptable excuse.
