I headed into the grocery store today and while I was on my way in two women were on their way out. One was talking to the other and I overheard her say “…you need to eliminate your debt. Maybe you should move to California.”
I wanted to turn around and ask if the lady was high.
Me – are you high?
Her – what?
Me – you are telling your friend to move to CA to get out of debt? When was the last time you were in CA? Do you have any idea how much it costs to live out there?
I can’t imagine anyone significantly increasing their cost of living by moving to CA as a way to get out of debt faster.
