Kudos To Sears

I had some tools that got broke over the last year and they’ve been sitting on my top shelf of my tool box for a while. I finally remembered to take them to Sears so they could replace them. All Craftsman tools have a lifetime warranty.

I walked in, found a dood, showed him my tools. One of them was a bit older and they didn’t make the exact same tool anymore. He grabbed the new version, plus a replacement for my others.

Walked to the counter, he rang it up – didn’t ask me my name, phone number. Didn’t ask me to sign anything. He just handed me the new tools and said thanks!

I know Sears has been getting a bad rap lately, but I couldn’t have been happier with that kind of customer service.
